A Simple Eye Exercise to Improve Your Eyesight

Eye exercises are an excellent way to improve your eyesight naturally and without the added cost of corrective lenses or LASIK surgery. Here’s a simple and effective exercise that you can perform pretty much anywhere and at anytime.

This exercise is something you do subconsciously all day long: Blinking! This time however, consciously blink every 4 seconds or so, for a period of about 3 minutes. What this focused practice will do, is strengthen the muscles around your eyes and help to improve your vision over time. Just practice this simple technique everyday for a month or so and see if your vision hasn’t made a noticeable change for the better.
