Which restaurant has the best Tandoori Chicken in Scarborough ON Canada?

I tried it for the 1st time at Thanks giving dinner & it was really good. I’ve never tried indian food before so where do I start? Whats your favourite Indian Restaurant?

I am a former chef and live in downtown Toronto and have been eating Indian food for over 20 years and Tandoori Chicken is offered by most places, for the best it has to be well cooked, flavourful and the best is done in a true tandoori oven with real charcoal and most have them as they do the naan in them also.

I would say try a few before you make your own decision about the best, it is a good dish if done right, but can be dry if over cooked and most places will use mostly dark meat, but a few will use white meat for a whole service item as a main course, the buffets use the legs and thigh combos.
