    hey.. i am a bit traumatised by ur marinade…… thats nice but just not tandoori…. ur missing some major ingredients,,,like dried crushed fenugreek leaf powder among many other things. ps u always use hung curd..i think thats what u call it.. basically u remove the excess moisture from the curd ,, by hanging it in a muslin cloth… moisture in excess is something u need to avoid Anyway maybe ur catering to the britsh palate,, but nothing bests the real stuff..
