    hi Sanjay, great . thanks for sharing your receipe. my tandoori turns out to be great, even better then some of restorant. first time i made mistake of using too much of marination and not using chat masala. second time i corrected it…woh.. it comes out to be great.

    u shud turn down the oven heat and cook for a shorter time. Also maybe using a meat tenderizer and some more oil would help.

    Thank you Sanjay. I made a perfect tandoori following this instruction which I haven’t tasted in many Indian restaurants. This is the most easiest chicken dish.
