Have you ever wondered if you could add cheese to ayam percik/tandoori roast chicken?

As far as I’ve come to know, yogurt may be added to tandooris but what do you think about cheese?

you sure can, only that you may alter the original taste. indians used a fair amount of cheese in their cookings too
