    The recepie is crap. There is no need of any water. The yogurt has wnough of its own. Some more ginger an garlic paste and Garam masala would do the trick and make this prefect.

    Not a great Tandoori recipe.
    It might work for a quick chicken dish which has a flavour of tandoori but its not going to make top quality tandoori chicken.

    no offence Anna but one thing you shouldn’t add on any tandoori dishes is not to add water. Now I would follow the same recipe without adding water reason being is chicken in itself has water and if you add water you will end up with a curry paste on your grill(just like on yours) and the chicken inturn gets soggy.

I am chef myself and this is no way even close to Tandoori Chicken. No hard feelings. You need to research on what is Tandoor first

    as per the comment on the fork inthe pan….I see that pan was a norman metal pan that had no special coating…so it is okay to use a fork.

    well i agree with fresh ingredients, But a little safety tip anna is not to EVER use your fork when dealing with a coated pan or pot reason being the coating if scratched can leave particles of asbestos in your food and this is very toxic stuff if u wanna use your fork to stir simply use a pot without coating…cheers..
