How do you take out a memory card for Sega dreamcast?

The memory card in my controller for the Sega dreamcast won’t come out. I tried pulling it out but i think it’s stuck. Is there a button i have to pres to take it out? Any idea of how i can get it out?

You should just be able to grasp it on either side and pull. They do fit pretty snugly, but there isn’t any kind of release button.
