How do I take out and reinstall a harddrive on other computers?
I have recently recieved a computer from a friend and am wanting to take out the hard drive and install it on my current computer. I am completely clueless at this. I think theres a cage around the harddrive aswell. Anyway, can anyone provide me a link with tuts or how to’s on taking out and installing a hard drive? Oh and could someone give me a link with this on RAM aswell.

also another thing is the jumper settings on your hard drive.
you must make sure that your hard drive that you already have is set to master and the second one is set to slave or cable select.
