How many menus should I order for a restaurant with seating for 115 people?

We go with roughly half of what we can seat, and then 10 extra incase they are lost or ruined. About 65.

What are the chances 115 people are going to sit and order at the same time? No reason to waste the money, UNLESS they get cheaper by bulk. If thats the case, you might as well get more for a better deal, and just set some of them aside.

New restaraunt? I’d say around 50-60. If it gets very popular, order more.

That way if a few get ruined or lost or broken you’ve got extras and if you want the waiters to have some for easy access or if you want to put a few on display in the waiting area. Do you have separate kids menus? if not go with a larger number of menus

  7. One for every three people. So maybe 39 so there isn’t too much cleanup

people are bound to ruin some, or walk off with them.
    Probably not even intentionally.
You get a better price in bulk (per menu) (by buying more)
