What’s a good kind of paper for restaurant menu inserts?

Hi. Below is the restaurant cover I have. I would like to find out what type or kind of paper as an insert I should use for this restaurant cover. Your help is greatly appreciated.

So far, I have been thinking of gloss, parchment, and matte paper.

I think that a glossy type paper will be hard to read with glare and lighting.. Depending on your lighting I would go with a Cream color resume thick type of paper… You can design your menu on the inside with borders and picture as you wish…

Good luck
