Have any ideas for a new French/American restaurant menu suggestion?

I just today got a new job working in a French/American restaurant (primarily breakfast-lunch). I’m looking for some ideas and original suggestions to dazzle them.
Currently we have creeps and quiche, some omelettes and scrambles. Even some ingredient suggestions would be helpful.
LOL! Your right the creeps might scare everyone off :)
What I get for not paying attention to spell check.
Ahem…
Crepes

Chili cheese dogs. apple cobbler….with french vanilla ice creme…Steak and eggs on a bun. You might want to hide the creeps though, they may scare the customers.Crepes with berried whipped creme, drizzled in caramel sauce. Poached pears. Chocolate eclairs, with cherry candy flavoring in the chantilly creme, dark chocolat covered lightly drizzled. Pretzels, big ones. hafe covered in white chocolate. Bacon with tomatoe sandwiches in toasted french bread.

Banana stuffed French toast…… with cinnamon, oh it is divine. Google Tonga Toast and you’ll find the recipe.
