Does anybody know where I can find a guide on how to play the Scenes from the Italian Restaurant piano solo?

I’ve been looking everywhere, youtube, just google, and almost everywhere else I’ve thought of. Could anybody help me learn Billy Joel’s amazing piano solo in Scenes from an Italian Restaurant?

    There has always been one simple way:

    1. Buy the sheet music.
    2. Read it.
    3. Play it.
    4. Repeat.

    But the first step is the most important!
