There has been a real change of the property industry not only in the UK but across the entire world. Big property firms who thought they were untouchable went bust. Some other firms had to ride the storm as ideal they could and hope that they would endure.
It has been an extremely tough period, specifically in the commercial sector. Several tenants have been unable to pay their rent and have been thrown out their offices.
