Agents are vultures
The commercial property sector is picking up. Slowly but surely there are a lot more deals on the table if you can find them.
The problem that is facing most people in the property marketplace, is that for the deals which are accessible, you can find loads of agents vying for the same business.
This makes it very challenging for agents to deal properly with clients as they are not sure who behind their back is trying to undercut them. So although the marketplace is reactiing in a positive way to the current economic climate, it’s still incredibly difficult for agents to get enough deals that will keep them happy.
