    Hah! I’m kidding. My wife and I had attempted cooking Indian food for several years with mediocre results before I came across his youtube channel. Now, we make a few dishes that I feel are even better than our favorite Indian restaurant! That said, because Indian food is so dynamic and flexible, I’m excited to try your recipes as well.
