    & WOW..what a beautiful smelling and tasting curry it would be…(to make it more better…you can add curry leaves in the starting with in as well…TRUST ME..after this curry you can add any vegetable to it..and u gonne lick ur fingers..

    hey..nice try…but …
    hey..nice try…but maybe i can suggest few things
    -assuming gas is pre-heated for 5 mins
    -add 5 tbl spoon oil (1min
    -add 1 spoon in(1min..stir)
    -3-4 onions(5 mins stir)
    -then add cut tomatoes (2 mins stir)
    -add ginger-garlic (grated) as per taste
    -add 200 gm water now(stir 1min)
    -start adding spices.turmeric (1spoon)..red chilli powder(1/2spoon)..mixed spices (like kitchen king..etc..1spoon)
    -now add 100 gm more water.stir this whole for 2-3 mins…
