    This is Indian cooking, every thing else named Indian is a copy and a mistake, Columbus called the Native Indian based on his false asumption he was in India.

    Hindi = language
    Indian = ethincity

    ex.

    Catholic = language
    Anglophone = ethinicity

    heres a good recipe: wash your hands put your favorite slice of cheese onto a plate(1slice) put some shredded black pepper turkey ontop of it(slices work too) use sort of alot of turkey then put another layer of cheese ontop-microwave for 25secodns then mash up together after u wash your hands a 2nd time put it back in for about another 30seconds after thats doen get larys salt out put a ltittle in your hand and grind it ontop of the turkey thing thne stur- enjoy!

    This is hindi not indian, and it uses much more and different spices than mediterranean or northern (cousin, or kitchen)
    I like – learned plenty from both, am a 63 yrs old guy, besides digital, kitchenwork is my hobby.
    Soon I’ll respond with my own recipes on YouTube.

    WOW i cant wait to learn all the intricate details of Indian cuisine.

    Im so used to just buying the sachets of curry paste and throwing it in with chicken bits LOL.

    But im Turkish-Australian so our food is generally very simple. I respect the effort Indians put into their food. It pays off in the end. YUM!!

    distinguished use of spices!!! anyway, funny how the angry young brits come watch the video and then post nasty comments. Why do they watch to start with? They are right though, in that take away curry shops do not offer the healthiest foods…
