If you feel spicy … If you feel spicy to use chilli garlic paste…..u can use capsicum+garlic paste instead you can use some tamato and garlic paste too
Ajinomoto is … Ajinomoto is unhealthy if you use it everyday but if you use it sometimes then there wouldn’t be any problem…..good luck with your cooking
