The Importance of Intensity In Jump Training

Today I’d like to talk to you about the importance of intensity in training to jump higher.

The main reason why you need to train with intensity is because it builds explosiveness.

Jumping is an explosive movement, and training with intensity helps to increase your vertical jump.

You should focus on each rep, and perform each rep at maximum intensity for best results.

Also, try to keep your workouts as short as possible (under 45 mins – 1 hour).

This will also help you with your motivation, because nobody likes working out for long periods of time :-)
