How Should Older Women Use Fitness?

This is a common question and something that really needs to change across the world. Older generations pretty much stop their exercise and it’s the one thing they need to do more than ever to make sure they don’t use quality of life… and maintain help. So what should you do if you are older in age?

The one thing that you really must to is resistance training. Whether that’s lifting weights, or if you can’t quite do that anymore… then you need to be using your bodyweight. The importance of weight training is really big because it helps you maintain bone strength and maintain, if not build lean muscle mass.

Weight training for women, especially when you’re older is vital. One of the biggest problems when you age is the lose of lean muscle. This decreases your metabolism, making it easier for you to pack on fat. Not to mention it kills your energy levels. These are all things you need so you can play with your grandchildren and make sure you are happy.

If you maintain a great diet and make the time to exercise at least three days a week then you will live long, strong and be happy. If you are currently obese and older in age then you need to start exercising immediately for you and your families sake.
