Be Careful When Dieting
Sometimes it’s OK to diet, but you do need to be careful.
While dieting may starve your stomach and force it to burn fat for energy it also starves it of vitamins and minerals which your body does not have a reserve of. Lack of proper nutrition damages the body and can lead to health problems. Dietary foods can also be a severe issue depending on what type they are. Some have reduced sugar or calories which is fine. Other forms however have replaced many parts of the food with preservatives and special weight burning formulas to make you feel full.
