How can one get more customers in the food delivery Business?

You must already have some customers – ask for referrals – in neighborhood you have customers – knock door to door – handing out flyer’s with business cards attached to each one – I usually throw away the flyer’s but keep the business cards – try something new – maybe a food party – invite potential customers!@

Are there any diabetic food delivery services in Australia?

Posted on October 20th, 2009 by admin in food delivery | 1 Comment »

a friend of mine has been diagnosed with type 2 and recently had a stroke so her eating habits aren’t too good.

Hi Mel

I am diabetic too and I find most diabetic food a bit misleading. In short I avoid most products that claim to be suitable for diabetics.

The best diet is simply healthy eating. A good balance between fats, proteins and carbs. Eat fresh fruit and veg. Avoid sugary products (including fruit juices made from concentrate) and exercise as much as possible.

The glycemic index of food is important, but some diabetics have such bad diet that just cutting out chocolate, biscuits and cakes is the first step.

One way of getting a chocolate hit without the side effects is to try low-cal instant chocolate drinks, check the sugar content, but there are some quite good ones available.

Far easier to advise than to implement. I know all this and still eat crisps and drive when I should walk.

Obviously, you should really speak to a professional nutritionist, I am no expert, but I hope this helps.

Good luck to your friend, I hope she gets well soon.

What are cooked food delivery rate from a company to people?

30 minutes or less, or its free, is a good rule of thumb.
Ive been to restaurants that couldnt even manage this, but it wasnt free, just served with a bad attitude.

Oh you mean how much do they charge?
well, the tip should be enough, but some places add 2 to 5 dollars to the total for delivery.

I think people should tip to get food delivered though.
Gas IS expensive these days.

I’m STARVING!!! What’s the best website that lists different kinds of food for delivery?

Posted on October 14th, 2009 by admin in food delivery | 2 Comments »

Okay so I’ve been working 7 day weeks between 2 jobs and I finally have a day off. I’ve been home all day just chillin, watchin movies, surfing the net, talking to friends on the phone. However, I don’t have any food at home because I’m too busy to grocery shop so do any of you know of any good websites that will list all different types of food available for delivery in the Los Angeles area? I’ve tried the yellow pages but it’s not very helpful. I have a hunger induced headache and would like to order any kind of food as soon as possible so your speedy reply is MUCH appreciated!!! Thank you! :)
